Contact information is used to respond to enquiries and, where you have opted in, to send research and catalog updates. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share customer lists with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use browsing behaviour on this site to target advertising to you elsewhere.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the cart and account session, and aggregate analytics to understand site performance. Analytics data is not used to identify individual researchers.
Retention
Order and lot records are retained for the period required by applicable commercial and regulatory record-keeping rules. Account information is retained until you request deletion.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to our record-keeping obligations. Requests are handled through researcher support and answered within thirty days.
