All products offered for sale by Amino Health Sciences LLC (“Amino Health Sciences”, “we”, “us”) are chemical reference materials supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and further manufacturing use by qualified professionals.

Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not for human or veterinary use. They are not for use in diagnostic procedures. They have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, and no product sold by us is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

No representations about effects in humans

Nothing published on this website — including product descriptions, category names, article content, or references to published literature — is a representation that any product produces any effect in a human being. Where scientific literature is described, it is described for educational and scientific context only. That literature reports work performed by third parties, under their own experimental conditions, and it does not constitute a claim about the products we sell.

Information we do not provide

Amino Health Sciences does not publish, and will not supply on request, any of the following: dosing information; reconstitution protocols intended for administration; cycling or protocol guidance; instructions for administration to humans or animals; or any guidance premised on personal use of our products. Requests of this nature will be declined.

Buyer certification and responsibility

By placing an order, the buyer certifies that they are at least 21 years of age; that they are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution; and that all materials purchased will be handled, stored, used and disposed of solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local and institutional regulations.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling of the materials, including the assessment of hazards and the provision of appropriate protective equipment and containment. Safety data sheets are available for every product on request.

Limitation of liability

Amino Health Sciences supplies materials meeting the specifications stated on the certificate of analysis for the lot delivered. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of any material for any particular purpose beyond conformance to that specification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacement of, or refund for, non-conforming material.
