Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Dispatch times
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email on dispatch.
Packaging
Vials ship in rigid crush-resistant cartons with moulded inserts and a tamper-evident seal. Outer packaging carries no product identification. A packing slip listing every item, quantity and lot number is enclosed with each shipment.
Temperature and transit
Lyophilised materials are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit and ship without cold packs. Sterile solutions ship with insulated cold-pack protection. On arrival, transfer all material to the storage conditions stated on the product page.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery within the continental United States is typically 2–4 business days from dispatch. Expedited options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International researchers should contact us for institutional supply arrangements; we do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale of a given material is restricted.
Damages and shortages
Photograph the outer carton and any affected vial before further handling and contact researcher support within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged or short-shipped items are replaced or refunded in full, at your election, with no return required.
Returns
Because conforming material that has left our custody can no longer be certified against its lot record, it cannot be returned to stock and is non-returnable except where required by law. Material that does not conform to the certificate of analysis issued for its lot is replaced or refunded in full.
