Terms of Sale

1. Eligibility

Orders are accepted only from persons aged 21 or over who are qualified researchers or who purchase on behalf of a qualified research institution. We reserve the right to request evidence of institutional affiliation and to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Products and specification

Products are supplied as chemical reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research only. The specification applicable to any delivery is the certificate of analysis issued for the lot delivered. Product images on this site are representative; the label, lot number and quantity delivered govern.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed. Institutional purchase-order and invoicing terms are available to approved accounts.

4. Dispatch and title

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same business day where stock permits. Title and risk pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Damages, shortages and returns

Claims for damage or shortage must be made within 72 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer carton and affected items. Conforming material that has left our custody cannot be returned to stock and is non-returnable, except where required by law. Non-conforming material is replaced or refunded in full.

6. Prohibited use

The buyer agrees not to administer any material purchased to any human or animal; not to resell or repackage any material for human or veterinary use; and not to represent any material as a drug, supplement or therapeutic product. Breach of this clause terminates all warranties and indemnities and may result in refusal of future orders.

7. Export and regulatory compliance

The buyer is responsible for compliance with all import, export and controlled-substance regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale of a given material is restricted.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Amino Health Sciences LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
