Are these products intended for human use?
No. Every product sold by Amino Health Sciences is a chemical reference material supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Nothing sold on this site is a drug, food, cosmetic, dietary supplement or medical device. Our products are not for human or veterinary use, are not for use in diagnostic procedures, and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
We do not provide dosing information, reconstitution protocols for administration, or any guidance relating to use in humans, and we will not do so on request.
Who is permitted to order?
Orders are accepted from qualified researchers, academic and commercial laboratories, and institutional purchasers who are 21 years of age or older. Placing an order constitutes a certification that the buyer meets these criteria and will handle, store and dispose of the materials lawfully.
How is purity determined?
Every lot is assayed by reverse-phase HPLC for purity and by mass spectrometry for identity confirmation, at an independent third-party laboratory that has no commercial interest in the result. Lots are additionally screened for water content (Karl Fischer), residual solvents, heavy metals, and bacterial endotoxin by LAL.
The full report for the lot you receive is published in our COA Library and is searchable by lot number.
Where do I find the COA for my specific lot?
The lot number is printed on the vial label and on your packing slip. Enter it into the COA Library to retrieve the exact report for that lot — not a representative sample, and not a report for a different batch of the same compound.
How are orders shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day from our facility. Lyophilised materials are shipped ambient and are stable in transit; solutions ship with cold-pack insulation. Tracking is issued by email on dispatch.

How should material be stored on arrival?
Lyophilised powders should be stored at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light, where they are stable long-term. Material may be held at ambient temperature briefly during transit and handling without measurable degradation. Reconstituted solutions should be refrigerated and used within the window stated on the product page.
What if a vial arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer carton and the vial before opening anything further and contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged or short-shipped items are replaced or refunded at no cost. See Returns & Damages.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing, purchase-order terms, net-30 invoicing and custom synthesis quotes are available to laboratories, universities and commercial purchasers. See Wholesale & Institutional.
Can you advise on experimental design or protocols?
We can answer questions about the physical and analytical properties of the material we supply — purity, identity, solubility, storage stability, lot data. We cannot advise on experimental design, and we do not provide protocols relating to administration to humans or animals.
What payment methods do you accept?
